URL encoder

Encode text to URL-formatted (percent-encoded) strings and decode them back. It is meant for values and parameters, not whole URLs: it also escapes / ? & = #. The + sign is left as is (it is not turned into a space). Encoding is not encryption: it does not protect the data. Everything happens in your browser.
